Request Deletion of Your Data
If you would like us to delete any personal data we hold about you, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at:
Please include the following in your request:
- Your full name.
- The email address(es) associated with any data we may hold.
- A description of the data you would like deleted (or "all data" if you want everything removed).
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- We will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.
- We will confirm deletion once complete.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Data
If your data was collected through our use of Meta platforms (Facebook or Instagram) on behalf of a client, we will delete all such data from our systems upon request. You can also manage your data directly through:
- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Your Facebook Information → Off-Facebook Activity.
- Instagram: Settings → Privacy → Account Data.
